Li, a leading figure in China's design and arts-and-crafts scene, has in recent years made multiple visits to Jingdezhen, the renowned capital of porcelain. There, he expanded his artistic practice into ceramics, successfully blending kiln-change techniques with freehand ink and splashed-color painting. His efforts led to the pioneering of a new high-temperature kiln-change painting technique, forming a distinctive style that harmonizes traditional craftsmanship with contemporary artistic expression.
