Taizhou is looking to deepen cooperation with global technology leader Siemens following a recent visit by a city delegation to the company's Shanghai branch.
During the meeting, Taizhou Party Secretary Jiang Dongdong highlighted the city's ongoing efforts to accelerate industrial upgrading through intelligent manufacturing, green development and industrial integration. He noted that the transformation is creating a wide range of opportunities for the application of advanced technologies and innovative solutions.
Jiang said Siemens' expertise in industry, infrastructure, transportation and healthcare aligns closely with Taizhou's development priorities. He expressed hope that the two sides would build on their existing partnership, expand cooperation into new areas and facilitate the introduction of more high-quality projects and resources to the city.
Ren Jie, vice-president of Siemens China, spoke positively about Taizhou's industrial strengths, business environment and development momentum. He said the city offers significant opportunities for future collaboration and pledged that Siemens would leverage its technological, talent and platform advantages to support Taizhou's development needs.
According to Ren, the company plans to introduce more high-quality resources and pursue innovative cooperation projects in areas of mutual interest, thereby enhancing industrial competitiveness and contributing to the city's high-quality economic and social development.
