IOT project settles down in Jiangsu Modern Agricultural Comprehensive Development Demonstration Zone

Recently, Shi Lijun, Deputy Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, cordially met ZoharBen-Ner, President of BF Agritech from Israel, and his companions. Vice Mayor Chen Mingguan, ZoharBen-Ner and Xu Zhenyu, Chairperson of Longcom Group from Anhui, attended the signing ceremony.

 

The Sino-Israeli Agricultural IOT (Internet of Things) Integration and Application Project will be jointly constructed by Tainong Group in Jiangsu Modern Agricultural Comprehensive Development Demonstration Zone, Longcom Group and Isreali BF Agritech. Invested with USD 27 million, it has been planned to build a joint-venture company in Jiangsu Modern Agricultural Comprehensive Development Demonstration Zone to produce, manufacture, demonstrate and apply plant body sensor with world advanced level and proprietary intellectual right. BF Agritech will fully and permanently transfer its advanced intellectual property right and technological achievements to the joint-venture company, send first-rate scientists to Taizhou, and research and develop world topnotch products aiming at leading-edge technologies.

 

The project will cover land of about 500 mu (1 mu = 0.06667 hectare) for building production factory, research and development center, demonstration and application center. The project will be started construction about 2 months later after the signing and is predicted to go into production at the end of 2015.
