From November 2 to November 7, Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee Lan Shaomin led a group to Viet Nam and Laos to investigate and propel walking out work of enterprises. He stressed that the Belt and Road Initiative had provided Taizhou enterprises with new chances for accelerating walking out. Therefore, enterprises of Taizhou should achieve fine industrial complementarity and degrees of fusion with ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries and regions, initiatively adapt the Belt and Road Initiative to find market, run factories along the Belt and Road, share development opportunities with ASEAN countries and regions in industry cooperation, and realize a win-win result.
During the investigation, Lan Shaomin emphasized that Taizhou entrepreneurs should follow the market trend and opportunities, find business opportunities in industry cooperation, and optimize and strengthen enterprises when blending in ASEAN industrial system. Related municipal departments shall strengthen policy research, guide traditional enterprises to walk out and break through development bottleneck, and encourage emerging advantageous companies to intensify high-end cooperation and seize development commanding height during resources integration and collection.
