Municipal leaders meet with the president of China CITIC Bank Nanjing Branch

On the afternoon of September 28, Qu Futian, Secretary of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee, met with Lu Jingen, President of China CITIC Bank Nanjing Branch, and his group members. Zhang Yusong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee and Secretary General of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee, attended the meeting.


Qu Futian welcomed Lu Jingen and his group members, thanked China CITIC Bank for many years' caring and support for the economic and social development of Taizhou, and briefly introduced the economic and social development of Taizhou. He said that at present, Taizhou was actively seizing the historic opportunity of the construction of the Yangtze River urban agglomerations, accelerating the construction of city, industrial development and ecological environmental protection, especially paying attention to the development of modern service industry including finance. As the first test site that treated financial supported industrial transformation and upgrading as the innovative content in the whole country, Taizhou was constantly increasing the intensity of financial industry innovation and development, continuously strengthening the interaction between finance and industry and the support for innovation, and had become an important gathering place of the various financial elements, which provided more opportunities and bigger stage for the development of China CITIC Bank in Taizhou. He hoped that China CITIC Bank would actively reform and innovate, promote more new financial products to be tested first in Taizhou, and helped the financial reform and the development of the real economy in Taizhou.


Lu Jingen said that Taizhou had the great space for development and good prospects for development, China CITIC Bank would further optimize the allocation of resources, expand services, and provide better support for economic and social development in Taizhou.
