Taizhou 12345 government service hotline wins national service star award

Recently, the 3rd national 12345 government service hotline high-quality development seminar was held in Haikou, Hainan province. Taizhou 12345 government service hotline won the service star award, according to the "monitoring results of the 12345 hotline in 344 cities nationwide in 2019" released by the third-party evaluation platform. A total of 13 cities in China have won the award, and our city is the only one in Jiangsu province. 


Since this year, our city actively pushed forward the integration of the 12345 hotline and committed to build a new service mode "main customer service for 12345 hotline". The city's government affairs service centers and various departments at all levels form "hotline plus service window" linkage mechanism, making the consulting and complaint available at the same time. Statistics show that the city-level 12345 online platform receives nearly 800 calls per day in this year, with a timeliness rate of 98.1 percent and a comprehensive satisfaction rate of 96.9 percent.
