Jiangsu First Intelligence Games opened in Taizhou

In April, flowers bloom in spring and the ancient city of Taizhou is full of vitality. On the afternoon of April 12th, Jiangsu First Intelligence Games opened in our city. Chen Xingying, vice governor of Jiangsu province attended the opening ceremony and declared the opening of the intelligence games.

 

Wang Siyuan, deputy secretary general of Jiangsu Provincial Government, attended the opening ceremony. Chen Gangzhi, director of the organizing committee of Jiangsu First Intelligence Games, also director of Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau, delivered an opening speech. Mayor Shi Lijun made a welcome speech. Liu Tong, executive director of the organizing committee of Jiangsu First Intelligence Games and deputy director of Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau, presided over the event. City leaders of Taizhou Zang Dacun, Wang Xuefeng, Huang Lihong, and secretary general of Taizhou Municipal Government Shen Minggang, attended the opening ceremony.

 

Jiangsu First Intelligence Games is another comprehensive sports event of Jiangsu province, which is mainly about intelligence sports, after the 19th Jiangsu Provincial Sports Meeting. This intelligence games sets a total of 91 games among 9 major games, namely, the game of go, Chinese chess, chess, bridge, draughts, gobang, guandan, Rubik’s cube and darts. A total of 2,180 athletes, coaches and referees from 13 delegations in Jiangsu participate in the competition. Jiangsu First Intelligence Games will close on April 19.
