On the afternoon of June 13, Zhu Lifan, Secretary of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee, made a special trip to Hailing District for inspection. He emphasized that Hailing District was the first position, first image, first platform and first responsibility of Taizhou. It directly affected and determined the importance and competitiveness of the central city. It was necessary to deeply implement the major requirements for epidemic prevention and control, economic stability and safe development of the Central Committee of the CPC, better coordinate development and security, and focus on further developing "one chain, one industry, one core, one city" and increase the first-place advantage and energy level. Xu Kejian, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee and Secretary General of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee, attended the event.

Zhu Lifan was very concerned about the project construction in Hailing District. He specially visited DAS SOLAR Co., Ltd. To inspect its technological project. At present, DAS SOLAR Co., Ltd. has launched 10 production lines in the battery workshop. The remaining 2 production lines are being commissioned. After full production, it can reach a production capacity of 6GW. Zhu Lifan encouraged the enterprise to continuously improve the level of automation and intelligence, and accelerate the development in high-end value chain and innovation chain.

During the inspection, Zhu Lifan reviewed the report on the economic and social development of Hailing District and fully praised the results. He said that it was necessary to develop and expand productive service industries such as modern logistics, digital information and technical services, vigorously develop high-end commerce and trade, cultural creativity, cultural tourism, leisure and health care and other living service industries, further enhance the specialization and refinement of community work and actively guide community governance.
