In charge of the work of education, educational supervision, ethnic and religious affairs, civil affairs, human resources and social security, water conservancy, agriculture and rural affairs, rural vitalization, meteorology, supply and marketing, as well as women and children.

In charge of the Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Education, Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs, Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Taizhou Water Conservancy Bureau, Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Taizhou Municipal Rural vitalization Bureau) and the Administrative Committee of the Taizhou Agricultural Development Zone.
