    In charge of the executive work of the Taizhou Municipal People's Government.

    In charge of the work of development and reform, energy, emergency management, fire rescues, earthquake prevention and mitigation, the service industry, food and material reserves, supervision and management of State-owned assets, statistics, taxation, counterpart support, economic cooperation, foreign affairs, Hong Kong and Macao affairs, management of organizational affairs, public resources trading, government affairs openness, government affairs services, construction of the business environment and the effectiveness of construction. Assists in the management of finance and audits.

    In charge of the Taizhou Municipal Government Office (Taizhou Municipal Government Research Office, Taizhou Municipal Big Data Management Bureau), Taizhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission (Taizhou Municipal Food and Material Reserve Bureau), Taizhou Emergency Management Bureau (Taizhou Earthquake Administration), Taizhou Municipal Office of Foreign Affairs (Municipal Government Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office), Taizhou Municipal Commission of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration, Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Administrative Examinations and Approvals (Municipal Government Affairs Management Office), Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics, Taizhou Municipal Government Affairs Management Bureau, Taizhou Chengtou Group, Taizhou Traffic Industry Group, Taizhou Culture & Tourism Group, Financial Holding Group of Taizhou, Taizhou Modern Agriculture Development Group Co Ltd, Taizhou Land Assets Corporation and Taizhou Big Data Development Co Ltd. Assists in the management of the Taizhou Finance Bureau and the Taizhou Audit Bureau.

    Acting as a liaison with the Taizhou Municipal Government Taiwan Affairs Office, Taizhou Municipal Tax Service, State Taxation Administration, the Survey Office of the National Bureau of Statistics in Taizhou, the Taizhou Municipal Fire and Rescue Detachment, State Grid Taizhou Power Supply Company, China Petrochemical Corp's Taizhou Branch, China Tobacco's Taizhou Branch and the Suyan Group.

    Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee, Head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee and Vice-Mayor of Taizhou – Liu Xia Responsibilities:

    In charge of the work of education, education supervision, culture, cultural relics, tourism, radio and television, sports, social science and local chronicles.

    In charge of Taizhou Education Bureau, Taizhou Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau (Taizhou Municipal Administration of Cultural Heritage), and Taizhou Sports Bureau.

    Acting as a liaison with the Taizhou Municipal Press and Publication Bureau (Taizhou Municipal Copyright Administration), Taizhou Municipal Federation of Social Science Circles, Taizhou Municipal Federation of Literature and Art Circles, Taizhou Office for the Party's History and Local Chronicles, radio, television and network companies, as well as colleges and universities.

    Vice-Mayor of Taizhou – Xiang Zikun Responsibilities:

    Assisting in the management of the development of major projects, industrial parks, the city's overall opening-up, investment promotions, the development of the service industry, culture and tourism, as well as in foreign affairs.

    Vice-Mayor of Taizhou – Liu Yuxuan Responsibilities:

    In charge of work including public security, justice, legal system, veteran affairs, public complaints and proposals, social governance and immigration inspection.

    Presiding over the overall work of the Taizhou Public Security Bureau, and in charge of the Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Veteran Affairs and the Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Public Complaints and Proposals.

    Liaison with the troops in Taizhou, the Taizhou Modern Command Center of Social Governance (Taizhou Community-level Service Management Center), the Taizhou Municipal Bureau of State Security and the Taizhou Exit-Entry Border Inspection Station.

    In charge of the work of ethnic and religious affairs, civil affairs, women and children, water conservancy, agriculture and rural affairs, and rural revitalization.

    In charge of the Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Ethnic and Religious Affairs, Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, Taizhou Water Conservancy Bureau, Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Taizhou Municipal Rural Revitalization Bureau), and the Administrative Committee of Taizhou Agricultural Development Zone.

    Acting as a liaison with the united front work, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Taizhou Municipal Government, Taizhou Municipal Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Taizhou Municipal Meteorological Bureau, Taizhou Federation of Trade Unions, Communist Youth League of China Taizhou Municipal Committee, Taizhou Women's Federation, Taizhou Disabled Persons' Federation, and Taizhou Supply and Marketing Cooperatives.
